Shipping & Delivery Information
We work hard to get your brand-new miniature castle to your doorstep as quickly and securely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping speeds, order cutoffs, and delivery zones across the UK.
1. Standard Mainland UK Shipping
We are proud to provide Complimentary Express Next-Day Delivery to standard UK mainland destinations.
Monday to Thursday (Before 1pm): Place your order before 1:00 PM, and our team will dispatch your items the very same day for next-working-day delivery.
After 1pm & Weekends: Orders completed after 1:00 PM, or over the weekend, move to the next available working day for dispatch. For example, any weekend orders are processed on Monday morning and arrive on Tuesday.
Standard Delivery Windows: Our courier partners typically deliver between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
2. Weekend Delivery Service
Want to ensure your order arrives right before the weekend? We offer a dedicated premium Saturday service:
Cost: £19.95
Cutoff: To secure Saturday delivery, your order must be placed before 1:00 PM on Thursday evening and the Saturday shipping tier must be selected during checkout.
3. Real-Time Order Tracking & Receipts
Tracking Notifications: As soon as your shipment leaves our facility, an automated email containing your tracking number and a live carrier link will be sent directly to you.
Signature Confirmation: For security and insurance purposes, all Little Bouncers shipments require a physical signature upon arrival.
Delivery Inspection: Please check the external condition of the box before signing for the courier. In the rare event that the outer packaging shows visible signs of damage, please note this with the driver. Remember, any shipping damage or component shortages must be flagged to our support team at bounce@littlebouncers.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Regional Surcharges & Exclusions
Deliveries heading to remote locations, offshore destinations, or specific non-mainland UK postcodes incur a flat £15.00 shipping surcharge and generally require additional transit time.
Additionally, please note that any local customs processing fees, cross-border handling fees, or regional taxes remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
